BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. PLEASE READ THEM WELL.

GENERAL

✶ Please respect my time and privacy. It may happen that I don't reply for a day or so, that is not an invitation to heckle me!✶ You may contact me anywhere listed, though Discord is heavily preferred.✶ I highly encourage sending multiple Hi-res references or a link to your character's Toyhou.se//Unvale page! Please specify any frequently missed details.✶ If you have a strict budget or are limited by currency conversion please let me know! I would be glad to find a compromise for you.✶ If you would prefer your piece done in a specific style of mine please feel free to request so!✶ I reserve the right to decline a commission for ANY reason.✶ Do NOT trace, copy, or claim the artwork as your own.✶ My watermark//logo will NOT be removed from my work in order to protect against theft.✶ I may re-post//use ANY work for my portfolio and commission advertisements. Please specify if you would prefer to not have your commission re-posted!✶ My turnaround time is typically 1-3 weeks. I will notify if there are any suspected delays.✶ I will always send an initial work-in-progress sketch for approval.✶ Major changes MUST be pointed out in the sketch phase. I will not make drastic changes after the drawing is completed.✶ Please provide an email if you would prefer to receive your commission there!

REFUNDS // PAYMENT

✶ Payment must be done UPFRONT in USD ($).✶ I do not nor will I ever accept cryptocurrency payment for commissions.✶ A commercial-use fee (+200%) is applicable for any commissions intended to be used for promotions, logos, merch, or any other for-profit situation.✶ Payment may be taken through PayPal or Stripe invoicing. Please ask about alternative payment options!✶ Payment MUST be sent within 48 hours of receiving the invoice.✶ I do NOT allow refunds or charge-backs on completed work.✶ I accept partial payment for more expensive pieces, however, the completed commission will ONLY be sent once FULLY paid off.

COPYRIGHT // USAGE

✶ Non-commercial pieces may be used personally for avatars, banners, wallpapers, etc. with REQUIRED credit to one of my pages or a simple "@lxn.es", and NEVER for profit or merch unless a commercial fee is paid.✶ You may NOT trace, copy, or claim the artwork as your own.✶ You do NOT have permission to crop pieces so as to obscure or hide my watermark.✶ You may NOT use my artwork, commissioned or otherwise, for NFTs, Crypto, or AI.

ALTERATIONS // EDITS

✶ Small edits such as markings, filters, etc. may be made after the commission is complete.✶ Drastic edits, (pose changes, additional elements, etc.) are ONLY made during the sketch phase. Any such changes requested after this point will incur a fee to be done.
